Morgan Namian, Esq.
Morgan is a dedicated appellate attorney with a strong foundation in criminal law and handling wrongful convictions. Prior to joining Rosenberg, Morgan spent three years in the Appeals Bureau as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, where she handled state and federal criminal appeals and was part of the team that briefed the office's first United States Supreme Court case in over thirty years. As part of the District Attorney's Police Accountability Working Group, Morgan studied police misconduct, its impact on prosecution, and the extent to which internal disciplinary schemes prevent further misconduct. She also assisted the Conviction Integrity Unit with two wrongful conviction investigations, which inspired her decision to represent wrongfully convicted individuals full-time. Morgan is admitted to practice law before New York and the Southern District of New York.
